Though she is not taking part in the Hope For Haiti Now charity telethon, Britney Spears is doing her bit for the people of Haiti.
She will auction off the shimmering dress she wore to the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards. If you remember, that was the night that saw Britney's comeback to the music scene after a few tumultuous years.
“She was very enthusiastic about making a donation for the Haiti relief,” her attorney, Samuel Ingham told the Los Angeles judge overseeing the conservatorship of Spears' personal and business affairs.
It was not immediately clear how or where the dress would be auctioned. More details to come.
