If you’ve heard that Megan Fox is being considered for the title role in the Buffy The Vampire Slayer reboot, well, the producers say casting is a long way from being settled.
Producers don't think so but the world could do with a foxy slayer!
Producer Roy Lee told IGN, “The rumours of Megan Fox being involved with Buffy are just rumors. As with any film project with a female lead under the age of 30, Megan is the actress that most studios want so it is no surprise her name is mentioned. While I think she would be great for our project, we are still in the early stages of developing the script.
”Whoever steps into the slayer’s sneakers though, one thing is certain -- Sarah Michelle Geller is not coming back. Yes, Buffy fans, you read right. It was recently reported that the new movie, which is being produced by Lee and Doug Davison of Vertigo Entertainment, will not feature anyone from the television series.
