While many fans of Twilight may be rooting for its lead stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to hook up, Robert’s aunt is not keen on the idea. She has urged her nephew not to start dating Kristen because she fears they’ll never have a moment of peace as a potential couple.
Should we or shouldn't we?
Kristen has reportedly split from longtime boyfriend Michael Angarano, paving the way for a romance with Robert. Both Robert and Kristen have denied they’re anything but close friends and co-stars, and Robert’s aunt, Diana Nutley, hopes it stays that way -- and the love rumours are false.
Aunt Diana told Life & Style magazine, “I don’t think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen. How can he live his life with a fellow star, with their every move being watched just like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes!”
Aunt Diana hopes her famous nephew will make the most of his overnight super fame and have fun. She adds, “He’s only 23 and probably won’t get married until he’s 40, if he’s got any sense.” And she hopes he’ll eventually settle down with an English girl: “I think he will eventually come back home to England and fall in love with somebody he’s known since school.”
Isn’t it just like family to fix your entire life for you.
